Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to Promptzeno, an AI-powered image-to-prompt and creative content platform operated by LOUBINETTE LLC.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining your account security, providing accurate billing information and ensuring that images, prompts and content you upload or generate comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.
Acceptable use
You may not use Promptzeno for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, adult, gambling, medical diagnosis, financial investment, harassment, malware, rights-infringing or otherwise prohibited activity.
Subscription billing
Paid plans renew according to the billing frequency selected at checkout unless cancelled before renewal. Prices and included usage limits are shown on the Pricing page before purchase.
Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals and does not automatically refund past charges except as described in the Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
Promptzeno and its software, branding, interface and documentation are owned by LOUBINETTE LLC or its licensors. You retain rights to content you upload, subject to the permissions needed for Promptzeno to operate the service.
Account rules
Accounts may not be shared outside the plan terms, resold, reverse engineered, abused through automated scraping or used to bypass usage limits. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
