This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for Promptzeno subscriptions and purchases.
7-day first purchase window
Promptzeno offers a 7-day refund window for a customer's first purchase when the request is made within 7 days of the initial transaction.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@promptzeno.com or call +1 406 476 4656 with the account email, payment date and reason for the request. We may ask for additional information to verify the transaction.
Abuse and excessive usage
Refunds may be declined for accounts showing abuse, policy violations, excessive usage, attempted resale, chargeback misuse or activity inconsistent with fair use of the service.
Processing time
Approved refunds are submitted to the payment provider and typically take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on the provider and financial institution.
